The flange mounted liquid level transmitter is an accurate liquid level and density measurement solution for various vessels. Supporting flat face flange or insert flange mounting, it can be installed directly on pipelines and vessels to detect the level of high viscosity mediums or liquid suspensions.
As the isolation diaphragm contacts directly with liquids, there is no demand for a connecting pipe for the positive pressure side. Therefore, the flange mounted liquid level transmitter is an ideal instrument to measure the level, pressure and density of mediums with high temperature, high viscosity, or strong corrosion, as well as mediums which are easy to crystallize or precipitate. It is designed to output 4~20mA.DC signals.
The mounting flange for the liquid level transmitter meets ANSI standard, and is available in 1", 2", 3" and 4" versions. The flange rating includes 150LB (2.5MPa) and 300LB (5.0MPa).
The liquid-contacting diaphragm can be made of 316L, hastelloy C-276, Monel, tantalum, etc., so as to meet varied corrosion-protection demands. Clients can choose the diaphragm material according to the concentration of measured medium, humidity, pressure, etc.
