PHORP Meter

One set of a PH/ORP measuring system contains a transmitter, PH/ORP electrode, electrode mounting bracket and accessories. The structure of the PH/ORP transmitter can be panel mounted, wall mounted or an integral type.

The PH/ORP transmitter converts an electrode signal into a standard electric signal, at an output of 4-20mA in an analogue signal, upper limit and lower limit alarm control signal and digital communication. It will simultaneously display the temperature, PH/ORP value, time and status.

A PH/ORP transmitter and electrode are traditionally remote mounted, which is convenient for maintenance and disassembly of the electrode. Integral installation is also available for some conditions.

HG111 Transmitter
1. High intellectualization: using a highly accurate AD conversion and single chip, measurement of the PH/ORP and temperature is achieved, as is automatic temperature compensation and self-diagnosing
2. High reliability and strong anti-interference; double high resistance input, photocoupling isolation output.
3. Excellent display method: 192 x 64 dot-matrix graphic type LCD screen. Adjustable e back light, convenient for operation under dim conditions outdoors.
4. Multiple parameters displayed on the same screen: PH value, value of input mV (or output current), temperature, time and status
5. Recorder function: historic data and traceable trend curve
6. Smart calibration: determine whether the electrode is stable or malfunctioning in the buffer solution.
7. Monitoring electrode: record available for each calibration, easy to query and analyze the law of change.
8. 3 types of calibration methods: traditional 1-point calibration and 2-point calibration, you may also manually input zero E and slope S.
9. Output current setting and check: manual current source function may check and set value of output current.
10. Control output programmable: can combine PH and temperature alarm control output mode.
11. Instrument stability: A watchdog program ensures that the instrument works continuously without crashing.

HG113 Transmitter

5. 3 types of calibration methods: 1-point calibration, 2-point calibration, and manually input zero E and slope S.

The PH/ORP electrode is consumable. The main material is glass, which is easy to damage. Many factors may cause electrode failure. Electrode storage will also affect the service life, so it is not economical for each user to scatter inventory electrodes. We have a large number of various types of semi-finished products in the factory, making it easy to provide the freshest electrode and ensure that users do not have to wait for new inventory.

The selection of wetted parts material is mainly based on the corrosion of fluid, working temperature and pressure.
Two major categories of common materials:
Stainless steel: SS304 and SS316L
Engineering plastics: PVC, PP, PTFE, PFA, ABS, POM
