The vortex flow meter is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, machinery, food, papermaking, and urban pipeline heating supply, water supply, and gas supply industries. It is designed to service the single-phase fluid of low viscosity liquid, gas and steam to process flow measurement and energy saving management.
The insertion type vortex flow meter is divided into 2 types: simplified insertion type and ball valve insertion type.
1. Compared to a flange connection type vortex flow meter, the insertion type is only applied to pipe size DN150 or above.
2. It can output 4-20mA to a secondary instrument or other intelligent modules, such as DCS and PLC.
3. The flow meter can also output a pulse and is equipped with a flow totalizer for remote monitoring
4. This insertion vortex flow meter can communicate with a computer or other control systems under RS485 or HART protocol
5. Battery-powered or External-powered
